Stress managing tips:

1. Breathe- The main reason you’re stressing is because you are overthinking. You have to learn how to breathe and take it step by step which helps with calming your mind.

2. Stop- Resorting to bad habits do not help with stress, they just cloud your mind to make you think that you are dealing with stress, but really you are just adding on to it.

3. Believe- Believe that the stress you are experiencing will not last forever. Yeah, it might suck right now but everything will be fine.
