Let’s talk about understanding different perspectives of people. You see I have came to the conclusion that we all can learn to understand each other if we look at the other’s perspective of things. You see we constantly try to be one sided all the time but what if we walked a mile in the other one’s shoes. What if we not only understood our side but also the other side as well. What if we understood each other’s perspective. I believe this not only helps us look at both sides but it also will help us solve problems that we escalate all because we don’t understand what the other one is trying to say or do. Because at the end of the day it’s all about learning and growing and we can’t do that without working together. So I ask you next time you find yourself in a situation where things seem one sided, try to understand the other’s perspective of the situation. Even if they don’t understand yours at least you can try to understand there’s. Because it’s called creating closer for yourself even if the other one doesn’t wanna have it at least you have it. REMEMBER SELF CARE IS NOT BEING SELFISH.
Our mindset is involved in everything we do. The way we react to things, the way we treat others, the way we live, and the dreams we chase. You see, I have learned that in order to become more, in order to achieve more, you must first grow your mind more. You must constantly be feeding your mind everyday learning new stuff each day. You see, people tend to feed their minds the same junk over and over again hoping that it will help them achieve more without realizing it will only keep them in the same position they are in. One of the lessons in life I have learned from Fearless Motivation is that “ You can’t solve a problem with the same mindset you used to get you into the problem.” So you must be willing to change, you must be willing to grow, and you must take time and grow your mindset. I’m telling you everything you do is connected to your mindset, whether it’s good or bad you have the power to decide that. I like to think that you can’t change time, but you can change your mindset.
The mind is just like a muscle – the more you exercise it, the stronger it gets and the more it can expand.~ Idowu Koyenikan
